Engine Code P0627 on XF 2011
Hello Jag community. needing some help. Im receiving P0627 code (fuel pump circuit open) the car will sometimes not start, and will sometime fall dead while driving. I replaced fuel pump with OEM part April '17. Can anyone tell me what this problem is? Thanks.

Did you ever solve the issue? I'm having the same problem. I replaced the fuel pump now I have that same code. Car starts and seem to run fine but the engine light stays on

May not be the problem, but check the connections on the fuel filter on top of the fuel tank. They are known to cause problems. If you have the original fuel filter, time to replace it anyway. There was even a recall, so you could get it done for free. The filter has electrical connections going through the body that can corrode at the connectors.
