Default Halo Lights/Led circle replacements for front headlights?

Is there any LED upgrade lights/bulbs available for a 2010 XFR? I cant seem to find much? Is there a bulb that replaces current bulb with like dotted circle even to give it a more up to date appearance? Id like to see what you guys have done in with your lights if anything?

It is possible to add these types of lights, but the biggest problem is cracking open the light assemblies then getting them back together again.
Apparently whoever made them (not JLR, some outside supplier) used a particularly strong adhesive to hold the two halves together and it's damn near impossible to break the seal without irreparably damaging the light housing.
You would also have to figure out a way to mount the "rings", which may not be a simple job.
Then there are the possible issues with wiring them up so as to keep the fussy Jag system happy, you would probably have to splice them into the existing wiring as though they were DRLs. In which case they would turn off once you turn the other lights on, is that what you want?

I've heard it's very difficult to separate the lens from the unit. I did read somewhere a professional (in the US ) was doing it for those who wanted the interior blacked out (I like that look).
But considering the price of the units I wouldn't be game to attempt it myself I don't think.
If you had a spare to play with I guess you could dremel the lens off and just re-glue it once the job was done? You probably wouldn't lose too much material.

Haha Pity they didn't use that adhesive on the dash 😂... Yea I mean I've been looking at the Philips DRL8s I seen a pic of one guy on here who done them they look slick, be nice for daytime running and also to stay on with main headlights.. In curious though do you u need to cut into the lower grills to place these in?

Yep, I considered the Philips Daylight 8 DRLs for my XFR, but they are quite expensive and I wasn't sure they would work OK on the XFR anyway.
Instead I went with some DIY Cree "eagle eye" LEDs about six months ago, they work great, they cost very little, and they are still going strong, see here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-today-157927/

Wow they look amazing ! But sounds like just as much work or more to get them bad boys on too? I also am no use with any of that kind of stuff so my mechanic or someone else will have to do it! They probably don't come with instructions huh

Nup, no instructions, I worked out and did all the mounting myself (needed to drop the bumper to get behind the grills) and had a mate from down the road do all the wiring etc, as I have no clues with electrical/wiring stuff.

If I wanted a BMW I'd have one and I'd be on a bmw forum.. Why waste your time with such a stupid comment? Never was a fan of bmw and doubt I ever will be and disappointed to see jaguar getting engines off them now..

To suggest someone buy a whole different car for a small cosmetic such as a light 😂 Get real..

But to suggest that you modify your car so it looks cosmetically like another brands' signature lighting scheme is not? Hmm, double standards here.
I'm really sorry I might have suggested that you might want to have your Jag look like a BWM. That was very insulting and immature. I should have said like a ricer. I apologize. Still in other news, it appears that modding the lights is nigh on impossible so, well, live with it or move on buddy.

Childs play.. And as I didn't know it was their signature lighting .. It's not like the bmw I'm exactly referring to is like more of a dotted circle.. I was just surprised as everyone here is usually so helpful your comment was just a waste of space..

Try these guys. I was thinking of doing the Morimoto LEDs:

www.hdillusionz.com

This is a pricy upgrade, but well worth it since I dont believe many pre- facelift Jags have gone for this look.

I think the idea is that you send them your light assemblies with instructions as to what you want, they then do the business and send the lights back to you.
So either you do without your car for a few days or you get a spare set of lights.
And you would probably need to talk with them a fair bit so they are crystal clear on what you want and you are clear on how long it will take and how much it will cost (be warned, lots!).
