Great. I contacted Bob, from the company that fabricates these illuminated leapers and he said he will probably be free in a couple weeks to fabricate our order. When you call someone explains he is very busy and will get back to you eventually. I totally understand but I got tired of waiting and made something myself in the meantime since I have and F type and an XJ....
I believe red in the front is illegal in most states so I went with a reflective white LED design against the red background. If anyone looks close enough it's white so I don't expect to be hassled by cops for this. It took me hours to make but that could be because I suck...

Good afternoon all,
I received an email from Bob as well about the leaper...and am excited to be getting it done! One thing - where are we to order the leaper to send to him again? I must have been daydreaming when that was identified.

Clearly I'm not Alex, but what I did for mine was to
I ended up taking it apart later and replacing with a more powerful light and grinding the back of the emblem out a bit to let more light through too.
The emblem I ordered from ebay isn't available anymore, but here's the description:
85mm Growler Front Grille Emblem Badge Roundel Large Red for Jaguar XF
- Order a larger diameter emblem with a red background
- take out the old emblem (just a flathead screwdriver pried carefully around edges)
- Drill a hole in the center of the opening
- Run wires through hole and back to fuse panel to power on with ACC
- Mount a small LED light over hole with wiring
- line the outside of the new emblem with doublesided tape and stick it into the hole. The largeremblem means it doesn't mount all the way to the back. Instead it sits at the edge and almost flush with the grill surface.
