Angry Parasitic battery drain

I have a 2013 Jag XF Portfolio, I have had issues with my battery draining over the last few months causing all sorts of problems. I do not want to go down the route of removing fuse after fuse to locate the fault yet, so decided to use a thermographic Camera to start with. I have left the car with the boot and hood open and latched for the over the specified shut down / sleep time. Using the camera to look at the fuse boxes I am getting no hot spots other than one very significant one. R04 (relay) in the engine compartment. Does anyone know if this is normal? I don't want to pull it to check while it is energised. Also does anyone know what system this relay is on as I cant find any details.

I would go back to using a meter and checking each circuit. That's how commercial shops do it.

I'd measure the (tiny) voltage drop across each fuse (as in videos on the net).

I hope some file(s) on JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource are of help.
