I have read and have seen mixed answers to this question. Even one where I saw pictures of XK wheels on a XF, Can anyone tell me for sure? I have found some XJ Venom wheels, would love to see on my XF... Please help Thanks

 

Yes, XJ and XK wheels will be fine. You will only run into trouble Pre 2010 for the XK rear wheel only. It has a very low offset.

I currently run XJ wheels on my XF. 245 fronts with 275 rears (stock XJ sizes). The offsets push the wheels out ever so slightly and make a huge appearance improvement over stock XF wheels.

 

I am looking at some that are 275/35/20" on a 10" wheel width on the rear wheels. Is this what you have? Do you have any pictures?

They fit fine... I have 245/35/20 on front 9" Venom and 275/35/20 10" venom on rear...

Hey, just wondering, did they change the size of the wheel well in the trunk on XFs v.s., S-Types (our cars are highly related...)? Does a regular wheel/tire on an XF fit in the well?

The OEM wheel tire (245/40-18) on my '08 S-Type 4.2 fits in the well. However, a wheel/tire from the set of XF wheels I put on my car last summer (245/45-18) does not fit. I figure the S-Type wheel well was sized when the car was designed in the late 90s when typical wheels were around 16 inches. But as the size of wheels grew the wheel well ended up being maxed out at 18".

How does that compare to XFs? Can you fit an 18" in the well, what about 19s?
