Dealer said that the aux start/stop battery would be in the $450 range. I realize that this does not actually start the car. I have replaced the main battery, about 2 years ago.

Are there any after market options for the small battery? I understand that it is Exide EK 151 in the UK but is there a us equivalent. I did read in another thread that he replaced it with a motorcycle battery but also had to replace the terminals.

Frankly, the above Ebay link is the better option. I also ordered using the link posted by Mark SF. $130 including shipping from Latvia. Cheap enough, as opposed to $450 from the local jaguar dealer!

Just make sure your new battery is an AGM type.
