Brake System Fluid Flush
As mentioned, with the system open to atmosphere and the fluid absorbing some of the moisture, all this leads to corrosion. Brake lines get corroded and the caliper pistons get corroded. While replacing the cylinder piston may not be a huge task, you just end up with a bigger job with the lines now completely open. The domino effect. A complete brake fluid change every two to three years will go a long way to preventing this hidden corrosion...
On a side note: coolant fluid also becomes more acidic over time, and with our aluminium engines, also leads to inner coolant walls and gaskets being eaten (etched) away over time and end up causing an expensive repair. Coolant flush every few years will also go a long way to keeping the fluid fresher and reduce this etching effect.

Anyone able to report a recent JLR dealership service charge for brake fluid flush on an F-type?
I was quoted what I think is a high-ball figure for that job when I had my year-4 complimentary CPO service done last month (plugs, filters, oil change...); but dealer (and JLRNA) wouldn't comp the year-3 brake fluid job that I missed inadvertently (because a different JLR dealer where I bought the car last year -- just two weeks before the year-3 service was due -- had reset my service interval warning with the 160-point pre-CPO sale inspection/service and told me no further service was due for a year. Consequently, I didn't study the Passport to Service schedule regarding brake fluid and got no "service due" pop-up until last month.

^ What 12jagmark said. Luckily for you my dealer estimated brake flush and bleed on my V6 F type at $350 back in 2018. I just did it myself.
Recency of quote shouldn't matter +/- 15%.
These cars (I repeat) are not special when it comes to routine maintenance unless you have Carbon Ceramics (and even then the special part is the price). Go to an indy if you want to save money, otherwise your dealer is giving you a bad price. Why pay $150-200 per hour in labor for a routine task? I have lost all faith in the dealer network in North America. JLR Peoria & JLR Dallas was good to me, and I was good to them. Every one of my other experiences has been frought with incapability.
