Hi,

I'm new to this forum, but first impressions its very infomative.

I'm hoping some one might be able to help me with a guide / Instructions on how to remove the centre console trims. Basically i am wanting to get the black centre trim repainted and get the chrome polished up.

i have attepted toprice the black panel but to np avail, I dont want to break any trim!

Anh help wou,d be much appreciated!

Hi Jamie,
I just had to have my doors repainted on my 2011 xjl, had a scratch that the dealer promised to fix when I purchased the car (3 weeks ago). When I picked up the car the doors looked great but someone had scratched the trim on my center console (piece around the cup holders). At any rate when I pointed this out to the dealer he said he would just replace it under warranty. If your car is still under warranty you may ask to have it replaced by dealer.
