Default Anyone have a factory install car phone?

I recently picked this up off ebay. Thought it was kinda cool looking to add a retro phone. I'm trying to find the missing parts. I see there is a spot for a mic connection behind the top console. Also found the connector in the trunk for the module. Does anyone have photos they can share of the factory installation and manual to aid me in finding the missing parts? I wonder if its possible to get it working in the US? Also want to recover the pad, any good sources for the OEM SDC (coffee) material?

I think I might have installed a few X300 phones. (I know I did in the X308/X100)
Here is a TSB from way back.

Thanks for the offer. This is what I have so far. Recovered the mount in the correct coffee interior material. I believe for US installs, they just used a phone and transceiver from whatever local cellular provider was available. Guessing this was done by the dealer?

Still looking for the correct factory phone manual(or a photo of what this looks like for reference), also have the correct adapter for the antenna connection to the car on the slow boat from China.

If anything looks wrong let me know! No way to get it working since its analog, but did manage to get the phone unlocked so I can change the settings. Still trying to figure out how to program the splash screen to say something cool.

Really I just like the retro/classy look it adds IMO.

I have a factory installation that came with the car (I have removed the handset as it was uncomfortable for my wife).
At some point in its life it was upgraded to GSM (digital) and I didn’t get the analog manual but this is a picture of the documentation I received when I bought the car.

Phone documentation.

Back cover of GSM manual.

Hey thanks so much for sharing that! Was this in your 1996 XJR6? Do you happen to have a photo of the hands free mic location?

Yes it’s on the 1996 XJR.
The mic is up by the roof console.

Mic location

GSM module location. CD and amplifier are in the left hand boot location.

Thanks again! Now I know where to put the mic. I'm a bit confused on your trunk installation. I took at look at mine and it appears my amp is where your transceiver is mounted. Do you have a whole shot of your upper trunk rack?

I think my ‘made in 1996’ is in fact a ‘MY 97’ car.
These moved the hifi components to the side.
