If you have to order the switch there is a throw dimension before the switch makes , this is sometimes hard to find but has a huge effect on adjustment

Some people have put in the reverse functioning switch equivalent , normal open vs. normal close
the downpipe came out o k but bottoms out n the body when I try to get it back in!

I was at the salvage yard today looking right at a opened up X300 shift box and the " Not in Park " switch with a short pigtail and connector

I'm sure it works as the car was driving up to the point it got beat up by a 2 trucks in front and back

I'll put a meter on it like I should have while looking at it . That way you will know if it's normal open or normal close if you were to order a new one and you can see the throw length which is how much the red button depresses and not the metal arm to actuate it

I need to go back to the salvage yard again for some other stuff

PM me your mailing address

I have the spare FOB for you to try and know if you have a compatible one in hand .
