Default Can you toggle off the odometer reading?

The odometer is always showing while driving. Is there a way to toggle it off?

Thanks!

Hi VinnyT,

If you press the end of the left stalk (turn signal indicator lever), you have a choice of several types of information that can be displayed besides the odometer, including average fuel consumption, instant fuel consumption, trip odometers, etc. Each press of the button on the end of the stalk steps the display forward to the next option until you get all the way back to the main odometer. I don't know of a way to simply turn that LCD window off.

Cheers,

Don

Vinny,

Try the link below to a .pdf of the manual created by forum member jimlombardi. I just converted it to a tinyurl to make it easier to copy and paste:

Hi Billy,

Thanks for the tip about Topix. I just registered successfully, but when I click on a file, such as a Technical Service Bulletin, I get a message that I must subscribe in order to view bulletins. I don't see a link for subscribing. Do we have to pay in order to view the documents?

Thanks, Don
