Hello FreeWifi! What do you mean by "turning the wheel back and fourth while turning the key"?

Turning the steering wheel right to left repeatedly while turning the key in the ignition.

The problem appeared after a locking of the steering wheel but now it is unlocked but I cannot enter the key completely

Have any graphite you can lube the lock with? Seems the tumblers are jumbled up inside not allowing the key to fully insert. Think someone had luck inserting a small screwdriver into the lock and resetting the tumblers but I would be careful in doing so, wouldn't jam it in or anything.
