Hi , I would like to know how to remove the rear seat of a 2005 Jaguar Super V8

Bottom cushion should pop out pushing in from the bottom. The top cushion comes out by pulling the two straps that will now be exposed on the bottom.

Best to have an extra set of hands available for removal.
