Feli - I've moved your post from the general tech section to the XJ (X350/X358) section where members with similar models can best assist you

regards,
steve

Hi Felipe,

Welcome to the forum!

For the most helpful information, it would be best to have the diagnostic fault codes (DTCs) read by a mechanic with a system capable of reading the Jaguar proprietary codes. On an X350, the P1111 code just indicates that the system has successfully completed its selftests and it's a code you want to see, so don't worry about that one.

The P0171 can have a number of possible causes, one of which is a clogged fuel filter, but perhaps the most common cause is an air leak in the intake air plumbing between the Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAFS) and the cylinder head. I am attaching a pdf that contains summaries of the 2004 X350 Powertrain (P) DTCs. Check all the various possible causes of P0171.

You can find the definitions for the Chassis (C), Body (B) and Undefined (U) DTCs in the X350 Workshop Manual, which can be downloaded in six sections from the X350 'HOW TO' quick links thread on the home page of this X350 forum.

I hope this information is helpful. Please keep us informed.

Cheers,

Don

I hope this inform
