Indicators not always cancelling

Indicators not always cancelling
Is it possible to access the indicator mechanism behind the wheel to fix the trigger? or will I have to replace the whole assembly?

Thanks for that Chris, I think what I really need is to replace the centre bit that has the mechanism to cancel the indicator when the wheel returns to centre. Has anyone done this?
