P1000 - OBD-II checks are not complete. This means that the codes was resetted (or there were a power loss) and the ECM can't really tell if every part of the system is fine.
P1111 - OBD-II checks are compete. No malfunctions found.
There's no need to reset P1000 or P1111 codes.

I have had them come back a few times in the last couple weeks and it had me thinking something else must be wrong
Then today I did a 500k drive up to my mothers house and out to drop my nephew of as he was going home after the school holidays and not a single mil light in that time I think the mil light curse has broken LOL

What are you using to read the codes Doc? There are/were probably other codes throwing the light that your device could not detect?

This codes will not illuminate MIL indicator. I guess that there's some specific Jaguar codes, which can't be read by generic OBD-II reader.

Also, just a note. Most states will not issue an inspection sticker while the P1000 is displayed. It takes a while for it to change to P1111 so they can insure the self diagnostics have passed.

Any cloned Mongoose cable works fine with SDD and 2004+ cars.
