Those side vents look really kool.. looks to be applied like the oem vents.. but a nicer look.

 

Yes i'm sure, look closer, they sit on top of the panel and don't go any deeper. Stick on.

Hello. I know this topic has been idle for a min but does anyone have info on the other kit (shown on white xj). I have an 04 XJR Im considering doing the mod too. I like the led flasher behind the vent as well.

How much to do it the right way and swap Bumper/Fender? I really love my XJ and wouldn't want to be so cruel to Gloria as to sell her for a petty upgrade. We have a better bond then that

 

That white XJ has the Wald Kit. I was considering the vents for my own car but it is tan and I figure it wouldn't look right.

Looks great!! I did it to mine but ordered the factory set with the badge. One piece, and a beast to modify due to tabs for the recessed area and the black screen. Lots if sanding. I used two part epoxy clay and held for 15 mins till secure.
Sold car since but about to do the same to my 02 XK8. I'm ordering the vents with Sid signals.
Oh, also added to my 88 xjs. Didn't use top part of vent but did use the same leaper badge. It really looked in that car.

 

So i've been thinking, what about the vents from the L322 Range Rover Vogues?



Would take a bit of metalwork to cut/shape the holes into the fenders though...

But if the curve on the back side of the vent matched the front of the door on the Jag...

 

well what about buying 2008 fenders? would they match up to the original front end? or would you also have to do the 2008 bumper conversion? it looks like they would fit perfectly with out the bumper conversion.

 

X358 fenders bolt straight on, and are compatible with the X350 front bumper.

But there is no indicator in the fender since the X358 has the indicators in the mirrors.

So can I install X358's fenders on my X350 directly without change front bumper?
