Default Weird CD changer issue

I did some reading on here but couldn't find anything like what is happening to me. Radio function is excellent, front CD slot works properly, but once I switch to CDC I can only select disk 1 and disk 6 and when it attempts to play it shows the proper number of tracks on that particular CD and starts at track 99 which does not exist. I can switch to a proper track and even though it counts on screen properly, I get no audio and it jumps right back to track 99. I rarely use CDs but I'm testing every function I can in the car to make sure everything works 100% and would like to fix any and all faults.

Never heard of it before. Make sure the CDs are genuine but after that... no idea.

I just figured it out. The previous owner had an iPod integration module installed and the wires come out into the glovebox. In older cars they always interrupt the CD changer function to operate. CD 1 appears to operate an iPod and CD 6 is used as an auxiliary in from the other plug.
