Default What is this? Part no. please

Hello all, I was cleaning the engine from dust and snapped this very thin and brittle hosing to this '3-line branched' gizmo. Would any of you know what it is and part(s) number? Is it part of the overall EVAP system?
Thank you

this is the gizmo that just snapped off so easily

this is my temp patch job with silicone to seal

this leads down to the bottom of car somewhere

what is this connection for that is connected to the gizmo?

this the line from the right near-fender in the previous pic

3rd connection that connects to a valve

Please forgive me if I am being particularly stupid here, but is this standard on X350's? I do not have any of this?

I'm with EsRay, my car is a Japan market model, and doesn't have this. Perhaps it was only on cars in the North American market?
Older cars had engine driven air pumps for this, but perhaps the pump is now electric.

Seems all my motorcycles have a vacuum storage canister.
Believe all vehicles make some use the engines vacuum.

The only vacuum hoses I have in this area are the ones from my Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor to Inlet and from the PCV?

Pete M, I found the answer on the internet.
It was fitted at the 2006 update and only to North American cars.

Only in the North American cars
Our government at work,
Looking out for us
We have the finest politicians that money can buy

Wingrider, based on my very limited knowledge of these matters in the US, probably more California's particular fixation than the US Federal Governments?
