Alas, you have no flasher in your 1997. That function is provided by the body processor, it takes the switch inputs and flashes the appropriate lamps accordingly.

Okay that;s great to know my next question would then be if one bulb goes out on one side do you loose them all (on that side that is) as mine are all out and I have checked the bulbs and they seem okay,,

No, one bulb burned out will not affect the others. However, if one bulb's circuit is SHORTED, the body processor will shut them all down for it's own protection. The short could be a bulb itself, or a chafed or pinched wire.

I may be looking at the wrong schematic but I don't see any fuse just for the right side indicators. Like I said the left side works fine it's just the right turn signals that don't. I have not had the time to check the front and side bulbs yet but the rear is fine, it don't work but it;s fine(bulb) I hope it's not the module that's gone..

Now, see, here's where I get into trouble for trying to remember all the car lines and shoot from the hip.
Attached is the pertinant wiring information that should help get you on the right track. On your 1997 model the direction indicators are NOT actually driven directly by the BPM as I said before. There is a lamp control module in the trunk with seperate power feeds for each side.

My humble apologies.

Good luck!

Default Jaguar X300 Direction Turn Indicator LHS failure

Please see my new thread title as above. You may have sorted your problem by now. Mine was sorted last evening after weeks of trying to find it!. On Fig 09.4 the fused supply comes in at figures 12 & 34 in square boxes. See Fig 01.2 Heel board fuse boxes.
