Default Help - coolant level sensor dropped out!

Time for a dumb question - do I need to worry about my coolant sensor which has dropped out of the bottom of the expansion tank?

i have just changed my XJR Rubber hose from MAF to alloy casting, then went for a short run. The coolant light was on, so I looked and the sensor has dropped out - I must have bumped it when wrestling the new rubber hose into place. There is no leak - seemingly it doesn’t actually sit in the coolant?

Do do I need to worry?
thanks for any replies

No cause for concern. It won't leak.

It just sits in a recess in the tank. Put it back in and if necessary secure with some appropriate adhesive or sealant.

Just plug it back in and it will be fine, unless it is deformed or broken.
