I have noticed that it is difficult to read the instruments in my 95 X300 during day light with the head lights turned off. There must be an automatic lightening system that has stopped working when the exterior lights are turned off. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to solve this problem?

Have you accidentally switched them to a low setting. Try the rotary switch on the side of the steering column
