Leaking a bit of oil

Leaking a bit of oil
Right, I noticed my car was leaking just a bit of oil, and it's something I'd like to take care of. I thought it was just the cam cover gasket (which I can take care of with ease). However, looking at it today, it could be coming from a lower position. Does anyone have an idea of where it could be leaking from. I only ask with such vagueity because I remember the engines usually only leak from two places, the cam cover gasket and....? (I don't know!).

Maybe start at the bottom and work your way up. Get underneath and check out the sump gasket and sump drain plug. Clean off any gunk/dirt first and check again after a drive and any leaks will become apparent. The front crankshaft seal is also a candidate, behind the large pulley low down on the front of the engine. It would help if you could identify the actual fluid, engine oil, tranny fluid etc.
Hope this helps.

Can anyone please help me locate where my oil leak comes from, I have already located my power steering it was the hose that goes from the tank to the pump. My Coolant leak was the upper hose. I tought the oil leak came from the oil pan so I have replaced the gasket but it is still leaking, Yesterday I cleaned up the engine and this morning the only place that I can see oil is were I point in the photo, So If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate your help.... thank you

That looks a bit like one of my previous suggestions, as in, front crankshaft oil seal, behind the big pulley, low down on the front of the engine. Just be sure it's not coming from higher up and running down and pooling there, before dismantling anything. You will need to remove the pulley to get a better look and better, more informed members may be able to help you in this regard. I'm just speaking from experience with other cars and dont know what the set up is with the Jag.
Best of luck with it, but it's not as bad as it sounds.
