Good evening, could anyone tell me how I can tell if my 1997 xjr6 is long wheel base or standard please. I've looked on the log book but it doesn't say. Thanks in advance for any assistance

 

Visually, just look at the length of the rear doors. It’s quite apparent. Do some Googling of X300 pics for reference.

Or actually measure the wheelbase. I’m sure the specs would be easy to find. Maybe in the owners manual.

I just noticed you have an XJR/6

Those were all short wheelbase

The SWB will have a rear side window bottom glass edge 36 inches and LWB 42 inches

If you are able to play Monopoly on the floor in the back seat, then you have an LWB. Or you could look up your VIN

 

i think you could play this one in the back of SWB no problem. LOL

 

Below your larger battery post are the2 smaller ground post for the ECU and the sensors

On the larger post in your pic remove the battery cable and wiggle the post , this lets you know if the battery cable is loose on the cabin side , found before
