Pristine looking Jag. Love the color, had one just like it for 10 years, great car and for the most part trouble free. Nice photos too. Good luck with it.

Brakes and rotors 8000 ago? Why do them again now?
Timing chains, no belt. Are they making noise? If not I would leave it alone.
Oil the hood hinges, lube the door latches.
Did the last brake job include new front wheel bearings grease?
Do you know when the antifreeze was last changed.
If you have the owner's manuals, check the charts for the 60,000 mile service and other maintenance items for time and mileage as recommended.

did change the belts and broke the pully bolt in half so had to weld and grind the bolt back together
brakes have cracks thoughout them and rotors are heat worpted
so going get drill and slotted rotors

new list
oil change $50
trans oil $45
brakes and rotors $250
tires $210
and diff oil $20
Oil the hood hinges $1
lube the door latches $1
(new front wheel bearings grease, antifreeze $70
not sure if they did those so better safe than sorry)
and make a blanket wrap for air pump, sucks not have brakes when it freezing out side for about 20 mins in till the engine heats up

I have read several sources that drilled and slotted rotors are more prone to cracking.
Air pump has nothing to do with the brakes. Uses vacuum for the power booster behind the master cylinder. Might need to check out the brake problem further.
