Can anybody help? 1995 Vanden Plas cooling fans not operating. I changed fan relay; still no go. Thank you!

 

To test with the key in the run position the 3 wire connector on the aft lower left side of the radiator

jumper with a paper clip one white wie to the black and you should get low fan mode , remove the jumper and place in the other white wire to the same black and you should get high fans mode

This is a low current section of the circuit so no arcing hazard , the black X308 fan relay control module is different than the X300 white relay

There is one fuse for both fans and this was a subject of a TSB we'll get into later before getting complicated.

Never mind the MOD marking on the pic for now
