Rear silencer removal ?

would it be better with aft cat ( referred to as mid cat ) removal and rear silencer substitution with a different product like Quicksilver ?
Would this effect the local countries emission test where it could not pass ?
This is a quicksilver installation on a 4.0 liter with a Andy bracket advancing the crankshaft timing mark 5 degees to bias the ECU for better engine performance ( low end gains )
I am assuming the kit included the mid cat

Taking them out can alter the amount of back-pressure your engine's fuel system is designed for and alter your engine's fuel/air moisture and mess up the sensors associated with the intake/fuel injection and exhaust systems, basically throwing things out of balance.
As an example, I had a friend who tried removing his rear silencer from his Volvo, and in addition to making his car more of a noisy nuisance, it became harder starting and simply did not run right on a cold engine.

I once removed the rear silencers and drove it to see what it sounded like - droned terribly at steady speeds. Now I have no downpipe cats and a 3" section going past the gearbox to the point where it splits with two magnaflow cats then the rest of the system is standard. Sounds ok, purposeful but not annoying. Personaly from my experience playing with mine, I think its better to keep it quiet and maybe open up the intake for induction noise / supercharger whine instead.

Just like JohnXJR6 I did this to my 4.0 sport, when I had a stainless system made. I loved the sound it made but at somewhere round the 60/70 mph area the drone was terrible, up to that point , great, but as i spend a lot of time at motorway speeds it was just too much so I had them put back in.
