Trunk doesn’t open
Hi
The electric trunk lock opener stopped suddenly working in my X300. The fuse and relay are checked and working. Neither the switch inside nor outside opens the lock. The lock opens with the mechanical key only. So, some electrical problem somewhere, I assume. Does anyone have a hint, where to start looking or how to repair?
Thanks already in advance.

Electrical guides come in 'handy'.
The diagrams are meant for exactly this.

There was something about the linkage wearing between the actuator and the latch
There was some good pics in some post
This assuming the actuator does work and the wires under the curved plastic cover on the car's right trunk hinge not worn / damaged ( common from reading )
Your wire colors are X and Y
Someone made a video
