Default Weirdest Parking Light Issue on passenger side

I've posted asking about this in another manner, nbut no I have more info:

My passenger side parking lights are working intermittently. Only the passenger side this counts the "city light" on my headlights, the lower amber on the front bumper and the parking light on the rear tail light. Both brake lights & turn signals work.

What in the world can be going on here?

My dash light for a bad bulb comes on sometimes when applying brakes and sometimes it just flickers. So weird.

Any help would be appreciated. It would seem like a loose ground?

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, there is a harness for the lower front parking lights/turn signals that had to be replaced. It was a combination of the connectors where the bulbs mount and some fraying wires. If you go into Jaguar Heritage under electrical distribution you'll see what i mean. The wiring itself is not special, its the connectors for the bulbs.

*********UPDATE*********

I found that a 5AMP Fuse, #18 in the passenger side fuse box was blown.

I replaced it. Turned on lights and it immediately blew again. I must have a short somewhere?

What could be causing my RH Park Lights, License Plate Bulbs to blow a fuse?

Could the wiring at the trunk hinge be frayed? Not sure if the park lights are on that circuit, but at least the license plate light wire would be going through there.

UPDATE:
I have since gone thru almost every ground (save for four, on either side of the transmission tunnel and under each front seat) and cleaned the metal connectors with steel wool, chased the threads and re-tightened the nuts.

I then re-taped the wiring harness from the point of the trunk to the inside of the boot panel where it goes to wire the lights for the trunk and license plate.

What I did find, and so far my 5 AMP fuse hasn't blown out again yet, is that the license plate light bulbs were totally corroded. To the point that the entire inside was rust/crust. I cleaned those terminals and installed new bulbs. So far the issue has been alleviated and my parking lights work!

Hmmmmm.....and you are in SoCal. Is your car originally from the Northeast/Midwest? Or are you coastal? I would've thought your location not conducive to that sort of corrosion.

It's a California car and did not live super close to the ocean. 20 year old bulbs though below the the rear plinth could eventually lose seal and leak water and corrode. The inside of the bulb was rust mush. So glad to have figured this out. I also taped the harnesses in the trunk to avoid wearing down and grounding out anywhere in the future.
