Default well i am getting a updated code reader

it is a OTC 9450 ...anybody use this one yet ? good or bad since jag 1995 vps uses ford electronics ....jump in the water ,sharks are in the water too

FWIW (not much) It would be innaccurate to describe the X-300 as "Ford Electronics" except in the context that Ford then owned Jaguar, so Jaguar electronics are therefore Ford electronics. There are almost no shared components, other than a few connectors. From the documentation, it looks like it will read the generic OBD codes for a Jaguar, like the other low end scanners.
