98 VDP Cooling System

Does anyone know what would cause coolant to leak from in front of the front driver side wheel after putting the car in park and shutting the engine off?

Are you sure it's coolant? Your AC evaporate drains in that location. Ifs it's stock OEM coolants its orange and not it would be green

Yes I am sure as the low coolant light comes on and I keep filling the tank up 2 time a day and it is a redish orange color.

That is where the overflow tank is located. I suspect it is cracked
OR
Your tubes connecting to the expansion tank are swapped and the engine is blowing coolant into the overflow tank.

Thank you for the diagram. The lines were swapped. Problem fixed and the diagram also helped me order new hoses and lines that I was having a hard time purchasing.
