It is that part but my xj8 is a 2003 completly different shape

 

Should be the same shield for 96-03 XJs (maybe someone else could chime in).

 

This is the X308 forum section, is your car a 2003 X308, or a 2003 X350? If a X350 you will have better luck in the X350 section of the forum.

JEPC gives the P/N as BEC19939

Not available from Jaguar but JustJags UK list an aftermarket one at £78.05 + VAT

First you need to clarify what model car you have, a X308 or a X350, until you do this you will not get any satisfactory answers.
