BRAKES; 04 Jag xj8; Has anyone had this problem?? The brakes & Rotors are new. I noticed when going down hill and while pressing the brake it feels like the rotors may be off a little, a feeling of rolling;like a warped vinyl record (dating myself somewhat) on a record player but of course micro feel. Has anyone ever had to cut brand new rotors on the car?

It is not a vibration or a shake. It happens only on braking.

Has anyone ever had this problem or had the new rotors cut or........ any advice why I would feel this?
