BMC Nut - I had the same issue last week but was eventually able to download all 3 files and install the program. See if the below links will let you download - pulled these from my browser history. I created a folder on my desktop and saved the files there - then just hit the executable and it did the rest. I did get an error but did an uninstall/reinstall and it has been working like a champ since.
Part1 - executable
JTIS 21 CD.part1.exe
Part 2
JTIS 21 CD.part2.rar
Part3
JTIS 21 CD.part3.rar
Part1 - executable
JTIS 21 CD.part1.exe
Part 2
JTIS 21 CD.part2.rar
Part3

Hi BMC Nut
This is the first time I have heard that mediafire website asking for any kind of download files payment.
Can you tell us this which forum thread and post that you found the download weblink and tried to download these files?
I like to know so I can try the download from that mediafire.com link.

I'm frustrated with this because I have literally thousands of files hosted with them. But again, they are FREE, so I guess I cannot complain... I guess I'll be searching for another hosting service.

There's a lot of Blogs about running JTIS21 and downloads. I'm not that Computer savvy. If been running JTIS CD on my Dinosaur Laptop, which was OK so far. But my old Computer is about to die. Can somebody summarize or tell me where the instructions are for running the CD on Windows7. Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Mendo XK
If you already have the JTIS CD, then you have a choice of how you want to run the JTIS. You can install the JTIS software to run directly from the CD or from your hard drive.
If you choose running it from the hard drive, then you will copy all the files on the CD to a new folder (C:\JTIS or if your JTIS verison ver21 then use C:\JTIS21) on the hard drive. I would recommend using C:\JTIS21 since all the other instructions reference that folder name.
If you want to copy the files to the hard drive:
create a new folder on your hard drive (C:\JTIS21 per prior instruction)
then put the CD in the CD drive (but do not let it auto run)
then open the Computer folder on the hard drive
then put your mouse pointer on the folder for the JTIS CD to select it, but do not open it
then use the edit menu option - copy to folder
then select the C:\ folder to open that folder, then select new JTIS folder you created
then press the Copy button (all the files will now be copied to the new folder).
You did not mention if your Win7 operating system is 64 bit, the following is for the Win7 64 bit operating system
Here is the weblink to the Win7 64 bit JTIS21 install Ver 1.6 on my dropbox.com account:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fe6jkw5py3...bit%20v1.6.pdf
Follow all the instructions except the JTIS21 archive files downloads, since you already have the JTIS files on your CD (see page 11 in the PDF file).
The PDF file has all the weblinks to all the other files needed for the Win7 install to complete it.
I just noticed that all the pages in the PDF file say ver 1.1 - should say ver 1.6, I will fix it when I have time to do so.
Here is another PDF file that shows how to use the JTIS21 software:

Have you read this thread?
I'd suggest starting with post #1 page #1.
Worth looking here too https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/g...rchives-65926/
When you get a break from reading drop by the new members section and post an intro.

JTIS won't run
Jim,
I have tried to install the JTIS per your instructions several times. The downloads seem to work fine. When I run the install it seems to work fine.
However, when I try to start JTIS, I get an invalid file path error. Have you any ideas on this problem?
I am using a Dell laptop running Windows Vista.

Hi Boo
The JTIS software install creates a jjtis.ini file (that tells the software what folder the data files are in).
Here is the 1st 5 lines of information in my jjtis.ini file:
[File]
StartFile=C:\JTIS21\data\startup.txt
DataPath=C:\JTIS21\data
DTCStartFile=DTCStart.PDF
Whatsnew=C:\JTIS21\data\whatsnew.sgm
The StartFile line tells the JTIS where the startup.txt file is located
and the DataPath line tells it where the Data folder is located, also line 5 points to the Whatsnew info.
So line 2, 3 and 5 should point to the destination folder you used when you ran the archive file extraction process.
Do a search on your PC using search term jjtis.ini and open the ini file, then look at lines 2, 3 and 5.
I am not sure if the vista 32 bit is the same as XP 32 bit (probably is) and the jjtis.ini file is probably in the C:\Windows folder.
You will have to change either lines 2,3 and 5 in the ini file or rename the destination folder where you put the extracted data files to the folder shown in the ini file.

Jim,
Well, the paths in my .ini file point to the correct locations.
Here is the error message:
C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_JCD-1.zip\J-CD1\data\startup.txt contains an invalid path
If I try to follow the above path on my computer, it breaks down at: Temp1_JCD-1.zip
Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
Bob

Open the jjtis.ini file with windows notepad and copy the 1st 5 lines in the file and paste them in a new posting in this thread also copy the jjtis.ini file location into the posting (path ie C:/.........).
Then I will be able to figure out how to resolve the issue.
Here is a JPEG file that has snapshots showing the jjtis.ini partial contents,the startup.txt folder location (properties), the JTIS Data folder location (properties), and the whatsnew.smg folder location (properties).
Click on this weblink to view the JPEG file:
