You should have, it is in the first gauge selection menu, you will need to scroll down (and maybe also increase the qty of pages visable).

They have a LOBBY to persuade lawmakers to modify or exempt certain requirements. Regular people just go along with Gov't requirements.

I get exactly the above except for "components" which registers "not available".

It looks you got a lead to what is maybe the problem.
I can't help you here though, but if you open a new thread in your appropriate forum, you might get answers.

The below link gives some information on the Comprehensive Component part of the OBD2 monitors, probably a good start for some more Googling.

I doubt that it would be substantially different in the X350 forum.

I have read and re read all the OBD stuff on-line to try and get any different ideas.

I think that with the Autool X60 product I may have reset everything fiddling with it.

So will disconnect it and go thru the drive cycle routine again as I believe that is the only way to "normalize" everything.

I have 3 months to do this but I do not deliberately take the Jag out in the wet and definitely not in snow and ice. Thats what My Rover is for.

Here in MD it has been wet more than dry recently.

You can ignore any not available.

Also, any which are Complete.

You're looking for those which exist (are available) and are not complete. If you have none of these then you either have P1111 or a broken OBD tool.

Just ran JLR SDD and it comes up with P1000. So not complete since DTCs cleared.

Then you have at least one unset monitor - which?

The unset monitor is associated with the ECM. JLR SDD did not give any further details.

I believe I hit "clear DTCs" on my Autool X60 by mistake and have to begin drive cycle again.

OK so now Im real angry. Got a citation for expired tags. By a scanner. Apparently some cars are equipped with scanners.
They scan vehicles in the area for licence plates. Mine popped up and the computer wrote a citation. REALLY!
OK so everybody tells me to drive the car. After I didn't pass I have 165 miles on the odometer. HOW long does this take? Can somebody tell me.

Not sure where you're located, but here is California one can pay the registration fee without passing the smog test to avoid having a ticket issued for expired registration and the accompanying penalties. Once the vehicle passes the smog test, the updated registration documents are then issued.

Refer to this website for the drive cycle procedures:

Finally got the P1111 code after driving about 20 miles using the manual gearchange frequently and staying in selected gear for a while.

Good news though, and always good to see the final results at the end of a thread.

UPDATE: Finally got a P1111 code on my FIXD device. I had it smog checked and it passed. Stood in line at DMV Tues to have them so generously give me three one day passes. They knew nothing about OBD ll or driving the car. It took 227 miles to get it to go to P1111 code. I still have to pay $25 on the fix it ticket I got. NO you cant pay and drive legally. You are subject to a fine and can get a ticket. I got one. So my odyssey is nearly over. I hope? Thanks for all the advice along the way

Thanks for posting that, though it's not the happiest of outcomes.

Sadly as cars age there are more issues (not necessarily smog check ones).
