Kind of lol, this is some kind of vintage limited release from the die cast toy car company Matchbox. It's listed as Jaguar XJ6 but has the X350 grill, Penta-esque wheels & the lines of the X308 in BRG so it was close enough for me lol.

 

The back end of the actual toy itself highly resembles a series 3. Blending old parts with new parts can only be one thing. Aston Martin

When I saw your headline, I thought you had purchased that low-miles car from California, so I'm disappointed, but still smiling.

Addicted2boost sees Series III in the rear end, but I see XJ40. Definitely a FrankenJag.

I finally got the VIN & more pics from that Cali prospect. The owner is very apprehensive about giving out info. & on Craigslist it makes me hesitate. That price is perfect though I must say, who knows what the future holds lol.

 

X350 front end, X308 C pillar, X300 front fender reflectors, XJ40 rear end. Four generations of XJ rolled into one.

 

I'm going to find another & break out the magnifying glass,tweezers & do a mesh grill w/ leaper modification. With adequate adult beverages & 3-D printer I know I can pull it off.
