XJ XJ8 / XJR ( X308 ) 1997 - 2003

Is THIS the speaker I'm supposed to replace for the blinker clicks to sound?

I pulled it out of the steering column on the right side, right in front of the ignition switch.

That would be the transducer responsible for the in-cabin sound effects, including the blinker tick-tocks (and ignition chimes). Whether it needs replacing can probably be assessed with a AA battery.

64 Ohm, 66mm diameter and .5 to .7 watt is what you need to replace it with. (looks like the wires are BROKEN)

Jaguar replacement was EXPENSIVE so I bought 5 from somebody on the internet years ago for $5.00 each.

Thanks! I'll see what I can find. Hopefully I'm lucky enough to find some cheap ones.
