Sunroof issue again....

Removed the whole sunroof assembly, cleaned, lubed, checked everything. Reinstalled without drip panel and worked fine.
But when I attach the rear drip panel it won’t work. The panel will tilt but will not go rearward. The panel will drop a bit but then it will get stuck. It seems as the drip panel doesn’t allow the main panel to drop down enough.

Anyone experienced this?

 

Solved it. Main panel was sitting too low. Noticed that the washers for the 6 screws was bent from too much torque, this caused the panel to slip down when the screws were tightened.
Replaced washers and it all works now

 

Yeah that set-up's touchy for sure.
