Default Transmission oil leaking

My car has oil leaking at the transmission as shown on the photo. The oil comes out after the car (and the engine) is stopped, and parking for more times. Is it a common problem for this MB trans, or not. What is the easiest way to cure it?
Thank you!

The plug has a inner sleeve with two o-rings and bolts to the conductor plate inside the transmission. I'm not sure if you can disconnect the plug and replace the sleeve without moving the catalytic converter. The XKR has a heat shield in the way, also, but I don't see one in your picture. The fluid must be drained from the transmission to do this.

Jaguar issued a TSB (307-10) for this fault.
I uploaded it YEARS ago to this forum.

It explains everything.

Can some one explain how to access TSB 307-10? I have checked the sticky on the forum and at jagrepair.com and do not find it.

I uploaded ALL my TSBs to an account set up by TRANSLATOR.

I don't know if there is a MASTER LIST.

I never tried to find any TSBs on this site because I have all of them on my computers.
Here is 307-10

Thanks, Bob. I haven't been working on the modern Jags for very long and have a lot of catching up to do. It's people like you that make it possible to keep these cars running.

xjrsteve, it looks like you will have a fairly inexpensive repair. A new socket is available on ebay here, and I assume in Europe for just 2-3 euros.
