do you have to supercharger off to replace water pump XJR?

As for your Q, ...no you don't have to remove the SC, but you do have to remove the belts. A mirror may be of assistance seeing to put get to and reinstall the bolts.

If you haven't done it yet, you may want to seriously consider (big nudge) replacing the under SC coolant lines...in which case, yes..then it does have to come off.
