Your pic is kind of small, what's wrong with your council? Can you take some better shots of the issue?
If its worn or torn, I'd go to an reputable upholstery shop and have them fix it and dye it to match. I can ask my upholster here in Orlando if he can recommend someone over there if you'd like?

 

I suspect they are wanting to add a rear center console to their car and this is just a sample picture.

It is not only the console, but also 2 separate seats, the headrests and the seat's operation.
I agree with you, I would love to add this to my car as well.

Yip, not only are they individual seats, but they're electronically adjustable

 

Yes, I'd like to add it to my super v8. It's really a shame the US spec didn't have that option.

 

That is pretty sweet, hadn't seen that before, I can see the want for it.
