Default XJR100 Front Rotor Replacement

Hey guys, I need front rotors for my XJR100, some people are saying the 2003 R1 PKG has the same brakes. My issue is I cannot figure out what fits and what does not. Many online sites say fits XJR100, then I search base model XJR and I find the same exact rotors there too... I am new to jaguars so please take it easy on me. does anyone have the brembos on thier xjr and could point me on where to look or how to know which rotor is meant for mine? because i know they have upgraded drilled rotors for XJRs that dont have brembos so would those fit my car?

I know Bod, Stu, Avern1, Eric or a few others can nail this. But I believe yours are the same as those with the Brembo pkg. 325mm. The 305mm is the standard rotor.

My XJR100 has 355mm x 32mm (front) and 330mm x 28mm (rear). I recently picked up a complete set of front/rear rotors with ceramic pads for $406 shipped from brakeperformance.com. The rotors can be coated in silver or black.

I have yet to install them, but these rotors/pads came recommended from "XJR100orXKR100" who has had them on his XJR100 for over 7 years without issue.

Cross-Drilled Brake Kits (#DBFR-20020;DBFR-20021)
Option: Ceramic Premium Pads (#PE-08100;05921) ($0.00)
Quantity: 1
Sets: Front & Rear (4 Wheel Brake Kit)
Color: Black
- 2002
- Jaguar
- XJR
- With 355mm Diameter Front Rotors

I cant thank you enough, almost spent $390 on just the front rotors which were eurospare brand, and I still was not sure if they were the right fitment.

Hey guys, does the same pad fit in the regular xjr caliper and the 100 caliper? i am ordering this kit right now and they are saying you get the same shape pad with any XJR. is this true? i have a hard time believing a big caliper like this fits the same pad as a regular caliper

I think what they're saying is the Brembo XJR pad is the same for the 100...Sean or Dan should be able to verify such. Though typical of a parts company not filling out all the specs properly. But in any case, contact them to verify fitment. They could of put the wrong part # on it.

When I did mine, AutoZone showed in their system the pads they gave me were correct after I brought them back. I explained the ones given were too thick and would not fit. I wound up going to Advanced and getting them and they were correct. I did notify Autozone, whether they corrected it is another story.

The brake discs and pads are the same for the XJRs with R-Package and the XJR100s. Jaguar didn't use any other Brembo calipers, discs and pads when launching the XJR100, they went with the same brake system as with the R-option (355cm front discs and 330cm rear discs).

Cheers, Alexander
