I am having an issue with a fully charged battery running down in about 2 days. Have swapped a couple of known good batteries, and get the same result. Battery tested with 500 amp carbon pile tester, checks good.

I know that normal diagnostic process would likely be to remove fuses and replace one at a time measuring for draw, but this thing has so many fuses! Does anyone have an idea of most likely suspects? Where are the most likely sources, if ther are any, on these cars?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

Check that the rear in cabin reading lights are correctly housed in the off position. Also check that the ignition is turning completely off with the key removed and that also goes for the door locks (there is a little electronic sensor in there that often gets stuck "on" with the key removed)

 

The cabin lights are secure and off. I also noticed that I canno unlock the rear passenger door. Maybe that is staying engaged, but it doesn't unlock with battery removed either. I will check the door locks and the ignition switch as well. Thanks.
