Default Delanair MK IV blower rebuild

Currently repairing my A/C blowers, no trouble so far. The right-side blower motor is repaired and operates, theflapper is recovered and works.
I am ready to replace the darlington transistor. On the reverse side are two very small capacitors; one has the AIC 103M number on it the other is a 13/64X 3/16 inch
through hole. Anyone have an idea of the capacitance?

Thank you,
Roger

I replaced the Darlington transistors in my then current XJ40 some years ago.
I don't recall changing the capacitors.
My main recollection was what a mongrel of a thing it was to extract the blowers!

I managed to find my old information on my computer re the XJ40 blowers
There is only one capacitor which is 0.1mf
There is a resistor which is 68 ohms 2.5 watts.
There are two diodes.
A 1N 5401 used to suppress transient volts on the blower motor.
A 1N 914 or similar which feeds the signal to the AC computer. Suggested replacement for this is a 1N4004.

Thank you for the reply, Bill. I will be soldering in my new Darlington today along with replacing that small glass diode with a 1n4004.
I have new 1N5401 diode to install as well. The 68 ohm 2.5 watt resistor is the three large resistors (?), one next to the 1N4004 and the two on the other side of the board? I'd like to replace all of the chips with new, current parts are 34 years old with 135k miles.

The ceramic capacitor is 0.01µF ("103M"). See also here. There should be no need to replace the ceramic capacitor, unless it's mechanically broken. Later circuits also have a 22µF electrolytic cap across the motor (mine do, late XJ40/81). I did replace those.

Thanks, again. I have the 1N4004 and 1N5401 installed the 68 ohm 2.5w resistor is located next to the 1N4004 diode. The other two resistors are similar but different(?)
time for the Fluke 117.

My rebuild of the main PCB is moving right along just two resistors remain and they are in the mail.
My remaining question is about the small PCB (36003315 B) that powers the blower. There is a large ceramic (?) capacitor 1.0 uf M 250V soldered to the board connecting two coils.
I would like to replace all three parts, especially the capacitor. Any advise on what to use as replacement/s.
Thank you, Roger

Default PCB directly connects to blower motor

Spoiler

That's OK, I thought as all other parts are to be replaced why not this capacitor as well...
