I've got a model of a coupe, standard. I plan to paint it the same colour as the real one...if I ever get started... if I can find anywhere to work on it, getting desperate now to find a garage / workshop near N London.

Dust Schmust! I was only going to say you have the beginnings of a very nice stable.

Ouch!!!

I have my three models on the big oak buffet in the
dining room. Dear departed wifey just might have permitted it.
Long shot, albeit.

But, I noticed it is quite dusty. that would be a definite no, by her.
I better get after it.

My "stable' at that location:

1. 31 Model A Ford Cabriolet with "Great American Race' decals/
2. Black 49 Mercury coupe with "chopped" top.
3. Black 49 Mercury coupe, un chopped, but with traditional flame job
on it's nose. I had the real thing in 51/52, but sans flames. Slick. took it across country to Germany. Sold it there. Probably melted and became an MBZ!!!
4. Old style telephone handset in the form of a Black Jaguar XJS coupe.
5. Old style telephone had set in wood. In the style of the early 30's classic cars.

Not sure where my others are????

Way back when I was a kid. I did cars in modeling clay. Gone long ago, I grew up, sorta....

Fixed my Whirligig, again. Storm blew it's perch loose. Longer screws this time. Durn near fell off the ladder.

LnrB; As an amateur, my gardening is way behind. Whacking out a path to the shed where the lawn mower is housed.

Decided the felled tree branch came from neighbor's Locust. I'll let him deal with it. Old lesson, "don't assume the problems of others".
If he needs help, I'm ready... It's on both our phone lines, but both still work.

Ugh< my Yahoo tool bar disappeared??? Sweet mysteries of life!!!
or bitter....

Carl
