I'm not entirely clear on the symptom, as "rough engine" and "engine vibration" are different things to me.
So, does it feel like something is out of balance (vibration) or does it feel like the engine is misfiring/cutting out (rough engine)?
If you rev the engine to 1500rpm in neutral do you still feel it?
There is no road speed aspect to this? Purely an engine speed thing?
Cheers

Quick engine mount check for starters. Verify they do not appear to be torn/seperated and that they are still bolted to the engine - 1/2 inch nut I think on both. I saw a video where the mounts had loosened up (Nut was actually gone...) and the engine actually shifted some causing a vibration.

Good advice on checking the mounts
Add transmission mount to the list, though. The the mounts collapse the transmission can become grounded to the main mount bracket and transmit vibrations into the body.
There's a "tongue" that runs below the transmission mounting. It need to be parallel with the transmission. Use the transmission pan for a sight line. If it isn't, the mounts are sagging
