Default Spoiler and fog lights.

Hi all,
Just wanted to find out if the small spoiler under the front bumper and the squarish fog lights would have been put on by the dealer. Unfortunately the PO had a stroke and I cannot get the info from him. He did know that they had been on there a long long time but could not confirm how long. A net search on ser 1/2 shows only large aftermarket ones which in my opinion look out of place (just my taste). Also I am planning some bodywork ....do you think:
I should leave it on?
Leave it on in black?
Or have it in old English white like the jag colour?
As usual thanks for your input.

I've had fog lights on my last 5 cars. Never ever used them. So, I would take them off, if not built into the bumper or grille. They look like add-ons on your car, not built into the grille or bumper. But, it's up to you if you use them, leave them on.

Thanks for your thoughts....I did not mention that they are connected correctly to the light switch fog.

those fog lamps appear to be the factory ones by Bosch, they were an optional accessory for the Series 2 and 3 XJ.

the spoiler I am not sure about, but it sure looks interesting and it does not look out of place.

Thanks Jose it certainly fits in snug as if it were made for the series....I probably will keep it in black...
Also happy with the fogs as they are connected correctly and work well.

Looks stock to me. Having owned XK6s Series 1 & 2 and worked on Series 3s, have seen quite a few with fogs and splitters. The defined spoiler splits the air to the radiators and creates a low drag line under car.
