Also note the speedos are not accurate and tend to over record by about 10%, so a 130 on the speedo will be about 115-120. Of course the high speed quoted may have been recorded with a satnav. They are pretty accurate, the US Defense Deparment makes sure of that !

They make sure yours is nowhere near as accurate as theirs too. At least today they arent the only service provider.
The newest version of GPS satellites, called GPS lll, will have no Selective Availability feature.
