@yarpos
Great find, thanks for sharing. This is on my "to do" list for our XJ12C. I already have a nice new panel ready to go on.
I had read and re-read the factory workshop manual on this process a few times, but seeing the video makes it so much clearer

This is very well done, Steve.
I've taken apart an S3 in the wrecking yard and my own S2, and although there are a few differences, they're minor.
EDIT: Most notable of these is that the temperature sensor tube is below the trinket shelf on an S2, mounted in very thin, flimsy plastic, which by now is brittle and easily broken. Care is needed, not only in removing this tube but even more so in reinstalling its grommet like structure in this plastic!
End Edit
When I put my panel back in the car though, I didn't tape the duct to the side vents (needed a right angle pick to "coax" them on), they fit plenty tight with no assistance and came apart a Lot easier the next time (there's Always a next time).
I especially like the candor with which he admits he took some stuff apart that didn't need to come apart. He could have edited that out to make himself look good, but honesty and realism is way better and gives him more credibility.
