XJ6 Series 2 - fitting doors

Hi new to forum.

Could anyone please give me any advice on fitting doors, as well as getting the front guard to line up on my XJ6 Series 2.
I can see there is a bit of movement on the hinge that bolts to the door itself, I've not tried move the hinge on the A or B pillers.

Any advice would be appreciated.

it is not easy to align the doors. If you have considerable up and down play in any hinge, it is usually a worn Pin. You will need to have a new pin made by a machinist.
